Delivery Charges

Please note: We offer free UK shipping on all orders!! For international postage see the table below, the prices are a fixed rate so it doesnt matter how many items you buy you will only have to pay the fixed amount!

Returns / Exchanges

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the products you receive from Urban Stylz you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery, you can exchange your item within a period of 28 days from reciept of your order. Please note that in any case all goods must be returned in re-sellable condition, with tags still attached and fragrance free. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Exhanges

We will gladly swap your item over for another product that is in stock. Please note however that you will incur a charge of £3.25 (for uk) for reshipping your exchanged item back to you, for international returns please see the table above for delivery charges.

We are only prepared to exchange an item once, if for any reason the product cannot be exchanged then a full refund will be given.

Refunds

The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs, for your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery Service as any items that fail to reach us will not be issued with a refund. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us successfully.

Original postage costs are non refundable, orders which originally qualified for free shipping will be refunded minus any postal fees.

We try to process refunds, exchanges and returns as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for completion although they are normally processed well before this time frame.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

In the event that the item you receive is either the wrong item or damaged then we will gladly provide an exchange for a new item and will cover the return shipping costs which should be with the Royal Mail Recorded Service. Please find below the returns procedure which should be strictly followed.

• You should first obtain an RMA number, you can request an RMA number by sending an email to returns@urbanstylz.co.uk.
• Once we have received your request we will send you an RMA number as soon as possible along with a printable customer service form for you to fill out
• You must print out and fill in this customer service form and enclose the form with the item that you wish to send back
• Please package the item as securely as it was sent

No Returns Policy

We do have a No Returns Policy on mixtape cd's and items that have been shrunk due to washing, signs of the item being worn, fragrance smell on the garm or tags being removed.
