What does 'no delivery required' option on checkout mean?

Upon checkout you will be asked if 'no delivery is required' this doesn't mean that no delivery will be required it simply means you are entitled to free delivery if you are a UK resident so tick this box if you wish to receive free UK delivery.

Do I need to have a Paypal account in order to make a purchase?

No you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make a purchase with a credit or debit card, obviously if you wish to pay by Paypal then you do need to have a Paypal account.

Do you have a shop?

No we do not have a shop we are strictly an online retailer operating from our warehouse.

How can I contact you with any enquiries I may have ?

Our preferred method of contact with us is through email at info@urbanstylz.co.uk. We feel this is the most effiecient way to handle any enquiries you may have and we strive to answer all emails as soon as possible normally within an hour, obviously in busy periods this may take longer.

Do you do wholesale?

No we do not do wholesale, of course you can order in bulk but we will not offer any deductions for bulk orders you will buy at the prices shown.

Is Tax included in the prices shown?

Yes all our prices shown include the current VAT rate which is 15%.

Do I have to pay Import charges on international orders?

Yes in most cases you do have to pay import charges if you live outside of the EU, we recommend that you click here for more information on import charges as they vary from one country to another. In no way whatsoever are Urban Stylz responsible for any import charges that may occur.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes it has never been safer to purchase goods online especially as Urban Stylzs uses Paypal as its payment facility. Paypal deliver one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. After more than a decade as the leader in online payments, they have learned a thing or two about keeping your information safe. Any information passing through Paypal is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available) which means all your personal details are heavily guarded. Do you restock an item if it is has sold out?

We nomrally only ever restock an item if it is one of our best sellers, but if you see an item and it has sold out please contact us and we will do our best to get the product for you.

Can you give me more information on a product other then what is already on the site?

We try and put every last detail we can about a particular product but if there is anything you wish to further know then feel free to contact us at info@urbanstylz.co.uk.

How can I be sure i'm ordering the right size?

We provide size guides on every style of clothing we sell so you shouldn't have a problem ordering the correct size, but if you do recieve an item of clothing that doesn't fit then please look at our returns policy.

I need to return/exchange or receive a full refund, how do I go about doing this?

How will I know you have received my order?

As soon as you have made the order and payment you will receive a notification that we have received this information and your order will be processed.
